SmartPatient Unveils First Mobile Patient Satisfaction Measurement Platform at Health 2.0

October 2, 2013 – Santa Clara, CA — At Health 2.0’s 7th Annual Conference, SmartPatient unveiled the first real-time patient satisfaction measurement instrument designed specifically for patients’ own personal mobile devices. This new method for gathering patient feedback holds great promise for improving patient experience and clinical quality. By applying SmartPatient’s advanced analytics services using natural language processing and machine-learning algorithms, healthcare providers can triage responses to patients’ feedback – such as real-time service recovery and identifying patients at high-risk for readmissions or adverse events.
